Syd Hill & Sons Warranty Policy

Our saddles are covered by a 5-year warranty on the saddle tree from the date of purchase, when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended. Please store your saddle properly and with care.

This warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship for 1-year from date of purchase and doesn't apply if damage is caused by unreasonable use, accident, neglect, normal wear and tear, or if you change your mind.

Leather is made from animal hide and is a natural material, therefore some imperfections may be seen in the leather and should be appreciated as character of your saddle and not as a fault.

All other products are covered by a 1-year warranty for workmanship faults only.

In order to make a warranty claim, the purchase of a Syd Hill & Sons product must be made by or at one of our authorized re-sellers, and proof of purchase must be provided.

The Syd Hill & Sons warranty sits alongside applicable consumer protection law.


How do I make a claim?

Claims can be made in person at one of our authorized re-sellers. Please provide your proof of purchase alongside the Syd Hill & Sons product.
