If you change your mind or the saddle doesn’t fit, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a refund or exchange. The saddle must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. You’ll need to complete the online return form before sending it back. Return shipping is your responsibility, and if your order had free shipping, the original freight cost will be deducted from your refund. Refunds or exchanges are processed within 3 business days of receiving the saddle.
Our saddles come with a 5-year warranty on the tree and a 1-year warranty on materials and workmanship, starting from the date of purchase. The warranty covers faults under normal use.
